These are a pair of Patent Leather (Lace Up Front & Zippers on the inner side) Black Butterfly Winged (Removable wings they have snap on metal buttons as well as holes where they can also be laced in with the shoe strings) Combat Boots. Never used, still Brand new in box. The issue is they say the are a size 28 which translates to a size 11 in little girls US sizing. However they run small they were very tight for a size 11, I have some other size 11 shoes for her that are too big for her still. some 10.5 is size that fit perfectly some 11's that fit perfectly. I measured her feet on a little heavy duty plastic foot measurer. Not one of the super expensive ones you used to see at shoe stores but similar and that measures one of her feet at a size 10.5 and the other foot is a size 11. This was with all her weight placed on the foot being measured. I would say these boots are equaL to a size 10T.
