This is the first base I put together, so yes it is very much so LQ. It is not lined inside and is covered with dried hot glue and old markings as I have never gotten around to really finishing it.
It should comfortably fit a head with a 23-24 inch diameter. My head is 23.5 and it fits me comfortably
