Mid-Century 1960s Polished Aluminum Cars On Wheels Salt & Pepper Shaker Set
This rare polished aluminum English salt and pepper (both 3.25" H x 2.75" W x 2.25" D) shakers, are hard to find and are from from the late 60's. As they all feature working wheels with black rubber tires, they give a whole new dimension of excitement to the age old question, "Could you please pass the salt and pepper?". The pepper bears the licence plate "PEPPER 4U", the salt "SALT 4ME". The aluminum shows only light wear and two screws are missing on one of them underneath. Please see pics
