For clarification, the word “new” describes the model of the system, NOT the condition. The condition is POOR, FOR PARTS.
The console is very clean but when you turn it on, a blue light comes on, pops, then shuts off.
It looks like someone tried to open the console and I noticed one of the ribbon cables to the top screen is torn. The blue light then shut off is likely caused by the incomplete connection between top and bottom screens.
All sales are final as this is a broken console for parts.
