his stunning Portia & Scarlett gown would be the perfect bridal or prom/formal gown especially for fans of Princess Elsa. The crystals are dazzling! This gown is a size 8, but I have taken it in to about a 4 and hemmed it 7”. Both are fully reversible so let me know if you’d like me to undo the alterations. It’s also quite stretchy. I’m about an 8, but the photos with me in the dress were after I made it a 4. I would say even a size 12 would fit in this dress. Before I took it in, the dress measured (without stretching it) bust: 38, waist: 31, hips: 42. I took 4” out of each of those measurements, but again, that can be undone. I would say it can stretch to fit 3-4” larger without looking stressed. Along the zipper, there are a couple small tears in the tulle but you really can’t see (last photo) but you could also glue or stitch them. I would fix it but in case you get it altered and they need to get into the zipper I didn’t want any glue interfering. Feel free to ask me any questions
